Each piece is made to last — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all eligible products.
To qualify, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Be returned from the same country of delivery.

Customized or bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).

2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
