Every Belhide jacket is crafted with care — but if it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll make it right.
Our goal is simple: you should love what you receive, or we’ll help you exchange or return it with ease.

Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

  • Original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.

  • Returns must be approved before shipping the item back.

To start a return, email belhideofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to assist.
Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll help arrange a smooth exchange.

Note: For faster turnaround, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Belhide will cover the cost only if the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately — we’ll prioritize your replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, as each is made uniquely for you.
