Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

Original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.

Returns must be approved before shipping the item back.
To start a return, email belhideofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to assist.
Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll help arrange a smooth exchange.
Note: For faster turnaround, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.

Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect, as each is made uniquely for you.
